Early AM sightings: 1 Dec 2009
Okean O Rocket: 05:14:46 This is one of my favorites because it is tumbing thrugh space, so it flickers. This morning it crossed nearly directly across Mars.
Iridium Flare: Iridium 25 05:22:00 Magnitude: -1

Early PM sightings: 28 Nov 2009
None. I spent the evening re-arranging the house and decorating for the holidays (a.k.a. making my contribution to light pollution.)

Early PM sightings: 28 Nov 2009
Enough cloud cover to block all but the Moon and the brightest stars and planets. We'll see if the 2 magnitude 0 Iridium flares can peek through. Other than that, I'm calling it a night.
UPDATE: The Iridium flares were also obscured. Tonight was a total bust.

Got off to a late start this evening. There was an ever-so-thin layer of clouds getting in the way tonight.
Lacrosse 4: 18:15:50
GPS 2-04 Rocket (18:37:15) actually glinted BRIGHTLY for half a second, going from 4.0 to around 1.0. Very neat!
ISS: 19:07:29 Magnitude: -0.4. Nearly impossible to miss, and it never gets old.
That's it for tonight.

Early AM sightings, 26 Nov 2009
Started off today by spotting Lacrosse 5 (Military Reconnaissance bird) at 05:23:33.
Next up, Cosmos 2221 at 05:26:03.
Cosmos 1844 was next, but I missed it. A look at the skytrack could explain why.
I did see NOAA 15 though at 05:39:23.
Meteor 1-4 Rocket Body was at 05:46:42
Followed by SeaSat 1 at 5:59:55, which was my last sighting for the day.
